We offer a PR and media placement service that allows PR agencies and companies to upload documents to our website and submit them as press releases for distribution wire, to our network of integrated websites (the “Service”).

- Engage in any illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to violating others' rights (such as data protection and privacy), maligning other users, forcing unsolicited advertising through our services, enforcing unwanted advertising on this site, using the free hosting for websites that do not align with the intended purpose of the service, or using form mail scripts for sending spam.
- Violate any law, regulation, statute, intellectual property, or other third-party right or contract.
- Upload or submit any content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.

FEES AND PAYMENT
We have different packages for press release distribution and each package has its own pricing as well as distribution network. You are responsible for selecting a package that meets your needs and budget. All payments must be completed at the time of submission. Please note that once a press release has been distributed, no refunds will be provided.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
The loyalty program offered by EAK Wire will award you the EAK points. EAK Points can be redeemed for EAK Digital consulting services and event sponsorship packages. The terms and conditions of the loyalty program are subject to change and will be governed by the Loyalty Program Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE OF INFORMATION
All content presented on the Site, unless specifically disclosed hereinafter: is our proprietary or third-party original design that we acquired; or is owned by a company directly affiliated with us. All such content is protected by the copyright laws of respective countries.
