EAK Wire (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a PR and media placement service that allows PR agencies and companies to upload documents to our website and submit them as press releases for distribution wire, to our network of integrated websites (the “Service”).
We allow our users to make payments for services through credit cards. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and security measures in place to protect both the users and our business during credit card transactions.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
By providing your credit card information, you authorize EAK Wire to charge your card for the agreed-upon services. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and payment processors. These payment processors may define the accepted credit cards and payment methods.
RECURRING PAYMENTS
If you choose to enroll in a subscription service, your credit card will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may manage your subscription, update billing information, or cancel your subscription at any time on our website. All charges incurred prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
BILLING INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to ensure that the billing information associated with your credit card is accurate and up to date. EAK Wire is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated billing information.

Failure to notify us within 7 days of the transaction date may result in the waiver of any claim regarding the disputed charge.
We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of credit cards. Users are responsible for securing their devices and protecting their login information to prevent unauthorized access.
We are not responsible for any errors or issues caused by our payment service providers. Additionally, in the event of any technical errors or system failures affecting payment processing, EAK Wire shall not be held liable for any resulting delays, interruptions, or failures to complete transactions.
REFUNDS
All payments must be completed at the time of submission. Please note that once a press release has been distributed, no refunds will be provided.
FEES
Any transaction fees associated with credit card payments, including international transaction fees, are the responsibility of the user.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
